Jon Kabat-Zin offers another useful definition of mindfulness. He writes: “Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally.” Presence is the key. Webster’s dictionary defines presence as “the fact or condition of being present.” Presence is the key to the land of Personal Peace.
